Agent Examples
Typical Voice Agents Participants Build
These are real-world examples — voice agents designed to solve specific, recurring problems through natural spoken conversation.
Phone Intake Agent
This voice agent handles initial client or participant intake calls. It asks relevant questions about their needs, goals, and context through natural conversation, captures responses, and generates a structured intake summary with key information and recommended next steps.
Interview Agent
This voice agent conducts structured phone interviews. It asks prepared questions, listens for key information, asks intelligent follow-up questions based on responses, and generates consistent interview summaries with highlighted insights for review.
Voice Assistant for Internal Queries
Employees call or speak to this agent with questions about company policies, processes, or project details. The agent searches approved internal documentation, provides accurate spoken answers, and can send follow-up information via email with source links.
Workshop Prep Agent
This voice agent conducts pre-workshop conversations with participants to understand their expectations, challenges, and goals. It captures insights through natural dialogue and generates a synthesis report to inform workshop design and facilitation.
Technical Reflection Partner
This voice agent engages professionals in reflective conversations about technical challenges, project decisions, or implementation approaches. It asks probing questions, helps articulate assumptions, explores trade-offs, and guides structured thinking through dialogue—generating a reflection summary with insights and decision points.
Six Sessions, One Complete Agent
Each 90-minute session combines a short practical input, guided build time where you work on your own voice agent, and peer feedback where others test and help improve your work.
#1
Pick Use Case & Define Success
Start with focus. You’ll choose one high-value task for your voice agent, define measurable success criteria, and set clear boundaries for what the agent will (and won’t) do. By the end, you’ll have a tight scope that prevents feature creep and makes testing meaningful.
#2
Design Conversation Flow & System Prompt
Turn your idea into a first system prompt for the agent. We’ll design the conversation flow, key prompts, and voice interaction patterns — including openings, transitions, and fallback handling.
#3
Technical Set-up | Elevenlabs
Get the system running. You’ll receive a practical introduction to ElevenLabs and the basic building blocks behind voice agents (LLMs, latency, quality, and cost trade-offs). The goal: a functional voice → LLM → voice setup you can iterate on.
#4
Test & Improve
Validate your agent with real feedback. You’ll test within the cohort, plan external testing with clients, and implement operational safeguards: consent language, data handling protocols, and clear usage boundaries. You’ll leave with a prioritized improvement backlog based on test results.
#5
Make It Client-Ready & Manageable
Make it usable beyond you. We’ll document setup steps, create operating instructions, and define a pragmatic data management approach (access, retention, deletion). This session prepares your agent for reliable deployment and potential team handover.
#6
Demo Day & Improvement Plan
Show what you built. You’ll present your working voice agent, receive structured feedback, and develop a clear roadmap for the next iterations — whether that’s improving performance, expanding features, or adding new use cases.
Key Differentiators
The Agent-Building Sprint Difference
Repeatable, Actionable Workflows
Move beyond abstract concepts. Our sprint delivers concrete, step-by-step processes, empowering you to consistently build and deploy reliable agents for diverse applications.
Integrated Safety & Compliance
Privacy, data handling, and consent are foundational. We embed these crucial protocols directly into the development process from session three, ensuring smooth organizational adoption.
Built-in Testing & Reliability
Robust testing is integral. You'll create comprehensive test sets and quality checks throughout the sprint, transforming your agent into a consistently reliable and trustworthy tool.
Your Agent, Your Use Case
Focus on immediate impact. This sprint empowers you to develop a fully functional agent tailored specifically to your own use case, ensuring direct relevance to your work, not generic demos.

Consistency
More predictable outputs
Safe to Use
Clear boundaries established
Agent Studio Sprint delivers tangible improvements in how you work. Participants consistently report significant time savings and increased confidence in using AI tools responsibly within their organizations.
You'll spend less time on repetitive drafting and documentation tasks, freeing you to focus on higher-value work like strategy, relationship-building, and creative problem-solving.
Your outputs become more consistent and predictable, reducing the variability that often undermines trust in AI-generated content. Stakeholders appreciate the reliability.
You'll establish clear boundaries for safe use, addressing the privacy and compliance concerns that often block AI adoption. And instead of starting from scratch each time, you'll have a working agent you can iterate and improve based on real use.
What You Need to Bring
The sprint is practical and hands-on, so you'll need a few things prepared before the first session. Don't worry—these are simple requirements, and we'll guide you through everything else.
One Real Task
Identify a specific, recurring task where an AI agent would genuinely help—something you do regularly that takes time and follows a pattern.
A Few Examples
Gather 3-5 samples of your work: old agendas, meeting minutes, text drafts, interview notes, or other documents related to your chosen task.
Basic Data Sensitivity Decision
Have a preliminary sense of the data sensitivity level for your use case—we'll guide you through the details, but knowing if it involves confidential information helps.
Ready to Move from AI Curiosity to AI That Actually Helps?
If you want your team or community to transition from experimenting with AI to deploying reliable, safe agents that solve real problems, Agent Studio Sprint is the fastest path forward.
This isn't about inspiration or possibilities—it's about building something you can use starting tomorrow. You'll leave with a working agent, clear documentation, and the confidence to iterate and expand its capabilities over time.

Next Step: Book a short intake call to confirm fit and choose the right agent track for your needs. We'll discuss your use case, answer questions about the format, and ensure the sprint aligns with your goals.
